Created by Paul Stimpson of Utah and originally called a Red Legged Hopper, this is a great general grasshopper pattern for terrestrial season in all waters.

Hook: #6-12 terrestrial
Thread: Brown
Body: Tan 2mm foam
Rib: Brown dry fly hackle
Underbody: brown dubbing
Wing: Elk hair
Legs: Brown rubber
