Hairy Grayling Bug
A great winter, early spring pattern for Grayling. This bug capitalises upon fixed spool anglers using maggots to trout for grayling and feeding the runs as they fish. It contains as many of the “maggot trigger points” as possible. Change the colours up and this pattern will also represent caddis nymphs too. In this video we have teamed ud with the skilled flyfisher and flytyer Neil Darling who will demonstrate this effective pattern he uses in his home rivers.
