    The Jumbo Jinny is a larger version of the Ginny Midge fly pattern. This trout, grayling, and panfish fly is ideal for fishing in lakes and ponds under a strike indicator. This is a relatively simple #flypattern to tie and is perfect for a beginner #flytyer to try out.

    Jumbo Ginny Midge Fly Pattern Recipe
    Hook: Mustad C49S #10-18 (or similar scud hook)
    Bead: Black nickel brass
    Thread: Hot pink 6/0
    Rib: Fine copper wire
    Body: Pearl Flashabou
    Wing Buds: Pearl Flashabou
    Thorax: Bronze Olive Diamon Dubbing (DD-144)
