Fluen har er lavet til sensommer og efterårsfiskeri efter havørrederne på kysten. I efteråret kommer ørrederne igen ind på det lave vand for at æde. Meget af menuen består af mysis, som samles i store sværme langs kysterne.

Tit kan man finde ørrederne i badekarrene og ved skrænter som ligger tæt på land. Fluen skal fiskes i lange svævende træk eller helt små træk med pauser. Fisken tager som regel fluen i en pause i indtagningen.

Mysis Flue til havørreder

Til helt lavt vand kan du udelade perlen, så den bliver lettere. Fluen fisker også glimrende i en rødbrun udgave.

Følehorn: Et par hvide fibre Kinky Fibre
Hale: SLF dubbing lys cream
Krop: SLF dubbing lys cream med en kobberfarvet perle midt på
Øjne: Sorte FlyEyes
Hackle: Hvid CDC

Bindetips Sørg for i det hele taget at binde fluen ganske let og luftigt. Husk at sætte kobberperlen på fra starten. Bemærk vinklen på øjnene, som bindes ind så de lænes op af kobberperlen.
