On-Stream Adjustments

A lot can happen during a day on the water. No matter how prepared you might be, sometimes scenarios arise that you didn’t count on, didn’t think would be possible. Sometimes that’s a hatch, sometimes that’s slow fishing for one species that necessitates targeting another. In this case, Dave found himself fishing a warm summer day on a long flat that the browns had abandoned. Amelia was up on a high bank spotting and found a couple of targets – but they were pike. With nothing but smaller, low water streamers in our boxes, we came up with an on-stream adjustment that worked quite well. The idea behind this video is to see the opportunity and modifications that are possible to come up with a solution that can work. Sometimes the gifts of imperfection save a day! Let’s have a look. :)
