Wax Worm

Here we will be tying a fly called Wax Worm! I saw this fly on a Facebook post in a group few months ago and decided to give it a try for fishing here in Iceland. I caught already few on this fly and hopefully more fish will bite it in the very future. The fly is imitating a small white worm and seem to work out very well. I’ve caught both brown trout and Arctic char on this fly. It’s a simple and quick pattern to tie and totally worth keeping a few in your box when you go fishing.
