Simplified Dry Fly Techniques

From C. Boyd Pfeiffer’s “Simple Flies” published in 2005, this fly uses the unique technique of wrapping a foam body on an otherwise standard mayfly dry fly.

Hook: #10-18 dry fly
Thread: Any
Tail: Anything
Body: 1mm foam, cut into a thin strip
Hackle: Any dry fly
