Thread – Semperfli Nano Silk 12/0 Black
Feelers – Partridge Feather fibres
Eyes – 30lb mono
Rib – Fluro Carbon
Back – Troutline
Body – Scruffy Dubbing (Natural Boosted)

The shrimp is an important food item on the large and small Stillwaters here in the UK. The Killer Shrimp that populated Grafham Water some years ago has even generated its very own competition ‘The Shrimp Masters’. This is a little lighter dressed than I like my shrimps but hey they come in all shapes and sizes.

You can vary the hook size and body dubbing to suit your needs. I expect if a little weight is added that this would do well in the rivers as well. Why not have a go and see what you can come up with. Let me know in the comments below how you get on.
