Fly Tying a Deer Hair Sedge

Created by Bob Wyatt and featured in Morgan Lyle’s “Simple Flies,” the Deer Hair Sedge is a simple, impressionistic caddis, or even mayfly imitation. You can vary the body color but it’s not usually necessary.
