Caddis In The Olive Patch

Late summer through early fall, the blue-winged olive mayfly hatch overlaps with caddis. In amongst the patch of olives, if only one, caddis dance on the surface and trout go well out of their way to smash them. We look at this phenomenon in this episode of AFGLive, as we fly fish Alberta, Canada
